Netgear Base Station power buttun will not turn green

Net gear base station will mot turn green.  Our system has been in use for a little over a year.  Was notified it was offline.  Have followed all recommended actions but power light will not turn green.

POWER led is only amber when booting...it should normally be green

Unplug the base unit ...wait a min, plug back in and let reboot

IF still NG,

Hold in the reset for ten sec till the front led flash amber, let base reboot, should go green

IF stll NG

Call Netgear support for possible warranty issue
