No global profile on app

    I'm un able to select a location becuase I don't have the global profile on the android app. I have unistalled and reinstalled the append still no profile pops up. My wife has shared our cameras with me, but I'm unable to view them becuase of this issue.

It looks like your account is set up for the older "Library" interface.  First confirm that your wife's app shows "Dashboard" and "Feed" (and not "Library").

 

If they are mismatched, then you need to migrate your account to use "Feed".  There is a hack for that.  You go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera.  That will fail (since you don't have one to add).  But the workflow will migrate your account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
