Hello, 

 

The primary account holder, my wife, passed away in February, and I was unaware that the recurring payments were on her account. It's important to me to have our library of footage back, so I would like to reinstate the plan we had, but with my credit card, and update the account with my information. 

 

I have tried contacting you in several ways, but it's been difficult to get through, since I don't have a new device, but our account has been closed. I can get into her account, but I can't reinstate the plan she had, so I need someone to call or email me with further direction. Please  contact me as soon as possible.
