Hi, We have 3 functional Arlo pro cameras with no issues. We recently purchased a 4th brand new and mounted it, and are finding that it is offline within 2 hours regardless of battery changes and re-setting to the base station., even without recording any motion. We have changed batteries around, which only solves the issue for a short while. And it goes offline again (battery dead?). We suspect the battery is being drained quickly by the camera?? What can we do to address this. Thank you

Swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or the location.

Thank you, yes that’s the next plan to try. Just wasn’t sure if everyone else had encountered this too...

Update: swapped cameras around, same issue. Called support, advised we charge the batteries again. Will call back if not resolved. I’ve requested a replacement camera in that instance

Tech Support insisted that it was a battery problem. They shipped over a new one. I am doubtful this will fix the issue but will keep monitoring.
