I purchased my Arlo Security Camera about a month ago. Batteries were already showing less than 50%. Today at 25%, I inserted new batteries (the recommended ones) and I'm seeing only 50%. Why am I not seeing them at 100%?  Do I need to reset, reboot something?

The four batteries are actually two sets of two. So, the fronts are one set and the back is the other. Either one set isn't inserted properly or they got pushed down and stuck so they're not making contact. Don't push them down, let the battery door do the pushing.

Thanks for the reply; I have the batteries inserted properly. The camera is working fine. It's just that I would have thought that after inserting new batteries, I would see them at 100%. Why are they only showing 50%?

thats a clear sign only 2 working.  other two dead, inserted incorrectly or not seated properly.  (in case you are doing so) dont push them down but let closing the battery door seat them
