My recycle bin has old videos and not deleted. I want them deleted.

As long as they're within the automatic removal window, you can't delete them any further. They'll be removed automatically and don't count towards your data limit. Others have requested that capability but it hasn't been implemented.

recycle bin works on a 7 day auto removal ( after deleted )... in case you made a mistake.

Another FWIW - my recycle bin goes back to April 25 and I'm on the basic plan...

Some times it's 7 days, sometimes it's not.
