What is error #1009?

Just started today, also i get a message when i try to play live video says unable to load fluxis;url'flowplayer/flowplayer.rtmp-3.2.12.swf. something has changed and i didn't do it.

An swf file is in Adobe Shockwave Flash format. It would appear that your web browser has an issue. Try a different one and check that you have the latest version of Flash. Also, try downloading the video to ensure it's viewable. Those are MP4 files so a different format.
