My app is not showing me the alert videos

It may take time to finish the update. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the error messaging?

I reset my WiFi router and deleted the Arlo  app from my phone. Then I setup my hub it did a software update and I re synced all my cameras. after all that everything is working fine now. Thanks for the help.

Oh awesome, I'm glad we got it working! I was worried it was going to be end of life. Please let me know if you need anymore help : )
