My arlo does not work properly lately, it always shows that camera failed to connect, I've tried browse by website and mobile app, both doesn't work. Do anyone know what should I do? It's not recording for 2 weeks either...

Remove the camera battery for a minute or two, power cycle the base, and try again.

Also, confirm that you have 3 green lights on your base.

Also make sure the batteries are good.
