I have the Arlo Essential Indoor/Outdoor Spotlight Camera 3-pack and I can’t find the batteries anywhere. I have checked Amazon but I’m really not sure. Anyone has any idea on where to get the batteries from.
Thank You

It can sometimes be hard to get it to charge again if you let it fully discharge.
You could try connecting the camera to the charger for 10 minutes, then removing it for 10 minutes. Repeat for a while, and see if that triggers a normal charging cycle. This is a variation of Arlo's advice for another model -
That particular model requires a 9 vt charger (Qualcomm QuickCharge) - that bit doesn't apply to the Essentials.
You could also try just leaving it on the charger for 24 hours, and see if that works.

The cameras are sealed, and the battery is not user replaceable. Did you disassemble the camera?

You can take apart the cameras to replace the batteries. They are not sealed. You just need to know how to take them apart to replace the batteries. Also yes you can replace the batteries.

Since from Arlo's perspective they are not user replaceable, they do not sell them. I'm not seeing any hits when I google the Arlo part number. I am seeing some when I google "1iCR19/65-2" "5100 mAh". No idea if any will fit inside of the camera, or if they are actually compatible.

I can’t find the replacement batteries either. So this means I will have to buy new cameras. Ughhh. They’re only a year and one month old. This sucks. Why dale a product and not sale parts to it ? Random thought
