I am aware this model's (VMC3030) EOL date was July 2023 and would work for a further year.

For the past week there has been no notifications or recordings to the cloud, and I can only assume that it is now unsupported, I haven't received any email saying time is up etc.

 

My 2nd question today is:

Can I now subscribe via my account, as it offers via my account and will I be able to get notifications when the cameras are activated, and will I get 7-day cloud recordings as before?

The yearly offer is $10 something, which is a bit cheaper than $12.99/month.

Not sure if these prices are Australian dollars or American dollars either.

Your issue wan't triggered by a change in the 7-day cloud recording, so getting a subscription won't fix it.

 

Once it is fixed, the subscription would get you 30-day cloud recordings plus some other features.  

 

@JamesC - the pricing on https://www.arlo.com/en-au/arlosecure.html is the same as the US pricing for the two plans offered in Australia.  That suggests that the prices there might be in US dollars.  You might want to ask the relevant team to check on that.
