MY Video Camera won't record on any sensitivity.

I've changed the batteries, I've reset it....It is close to to the base station....just before this happened, it was recording EVERYTHING....not I can jump up and down and nothing...in addition, I often have trouble with Camera "Timed OUT" error....I threw away the packaging so I cant return..

one i got for home works fine...

Submit a trouble ticket.  Might be bad hardware.
