We are having this a problem on both of our IOS 9.2 Iphones.  We have been having the push notification problem since we updated the ARLO app to verison 2.0.0.  We have tried deleting and reinstalling the Arlo application with no success as well as logging in and logging out of the app itself.   When motion is dectected neither phone nor the ipad will get notifications.  Has anyone found a solution to this problem?  All of our setttings are set to have the notifications pushed to our phones when motion is detected.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have experienced the same loss of push notifications since recent software update--on both iPhone running iOS 9.2 and another phone running Android 5.1.1.  Push notifications are set for "ON" in each case.  We've tried deleting and reinstalling the app on each phone, but so far nothing has worked.  Motion events are detected, but we are not made aware of these unless we open up the app to see if there are new video clips.  This is an unsatisfactory situation, and we hope Netgear can rapidly fix this issue.

Hello Arlo Community,

We are currently investigating this issue. We have tested as recently today and have not been able to replicate this issue at this time. We would greatly appreciate any feedback on iOS softare version (9.2) and iPhone/iPad version (Iphone 6 Pus) so we can ensure our testing is closely resembles that in which the issue is occurring.

Thank you all for your contribution to the Arlo Community. We look forward to your additional feedback.

Following up on my previous comments from earlier today, our two phones which stopped giving the Arlo push notifications subsequent to the recent Arlo update are:

iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.2

LG Escape2 running Android 5.1.1

I just read the "New App: Guide to New Features" and found out that you can turn on the push notification for each camera. Go to Mode, just click the Pencil icon for each camera. I'm happy that I get the alerts back on my iPhone 😀

This seemed to do the trick for me.  Buried within the Mode settings there was indeed another Push Notification box to be checked.  Doing this on the iPhone initially did not seem to work, but after I logged in to my Arlo account on my laptop, entered Mode, and worked through the pencil icons until I got to the Push Notification box, checked it, and then hit Save, the motion detection push notifications started appearing again on the iPhone and the Android phone.  Thanks!
