I need help, i cant login to thr app, it says unknown error

i already deleted the app and installed it again, didnt work

i have the same problem on my ipad

Your region doesn't allow for SMS 2fA verifications. Can you try the email method?

Try turning off both mobile data and wifi on the phone, and then log in.  It will fail with no internet connection.  Then enable wifi/data and try again.

(there's a an old similar issue where this process worked - it might not now, but is easy to try).
