Library down for 4 days and counting. Says "team is working on it".

I cannot get connected to view the live stream and when I click the library it says the team is working on it.

The only work around I have right now to see the live stream is to use Google home. It seems like the app is just not connecting to the camera at all however the hardware is still functioning. I can't even go to the settings of the camera without being logged out of the app.

Seems like a couple of other people are having the same issue. Please assist support!

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? How about using the web client - any difference?
