My camera has a red tint to it (as pictured) and has for some time. It varies a little due to the lighting, but still red tinted. Is there a fix for this? Also, Lately I have noticed that my email notifications are coming in about 3 hours late. Is there a fix for either of these problems? Thanks.

in some cases opening the battery door for a minute, then recloses resets things and fixes the tint

(someone correct me if I don't remember it quite right). I believe the cause is the IR filter not moving out from the lens during the day, opening battery door clears this. But if it happens all the time technical support should be contacted since your cam needs fixing and more than just resetting.
