The following message ...when I add the code and apply at check out:

"The code you have entered is invalid. Please check your code and try again"

When entering the code, be sure no additional characters or spaces are being added (especially if you are using copy/paste). The code must be entered exactly as presented.

correct... I've tried adding again no space, even the dash between each the numbers/letter code.

Same error message? Please advise
