Is it possible to set up a different schedule for each camera

Yes. Read the FAQs here on custom modes. Each mode will have a rule for ny cameras you want active - any without a rule are disarmed. Mix and match as you need for a specific time. Once you have all the modes you need, edit the schedule, adding the appropriate mode for each time period.
