Receiving Arlo Is Currently Unavailable Error

I've tried every workaround mentioned on previous threads with no luck- trying to set up my cameras and when the base is found and i attempt to name it, I get the 'Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later' message. Ive tried re-installing the app, updated everything, used Firefox, set up a netgear account... Nothing works. I cant even get an email to aupport to go through.
