Iphone App Issues

I recently updated my Iphone app. It logged me out after a restart and I went to log in and the app frozen and will not bring up any way to log in, basically rendering the app unless. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall serval times with no solution.

Ive tried to get a hold of Arlo support, but they hide there contact info deep into the site so I cant even reach out to figure the next step. So maybe some one here can help. Below you can see the screen it is stuck at.

Quite a few posts here on how to get past this.

Steps are

1. restart the phone
2. put it in airplane mode (both wifi and mobile data turned off)
3. launch the app and wait for the internet connection error
4. take the phone out of airplane mode

At that point you should be able to log in.
