Paid for Arlo Secure but subscription is not in my account. Has anyone experienced this fault?

My trial subscription ended and I paid for the $12.99 Arlo Secure plan two days ago.  Today, My.arlo.com account does not show a subscription plan, but my credit card shows the $12.99 charge.  I can't change or cancel this subscription through the app or a computer at my.arlo.com because the subscription shows "no plan."  Has anyone experienced this and if so, what was the solution?

Is the transaction showing as pending or completed on your credit card statement? It sounds like the transaction may have failed.

I am in the same situation - I am billed monthly and yet when i log in it says I don't have a subscription.  The chat bot wasnt helpful.

I have raised a case.

On reading other comments I think the only option is for the credit card company to stop the payment as Arlo is unwilling to stop taking money from people.

Do you have more than one Arlo account? Did you have a subscription in the past that was canceled?
