Hello Community
I have a problem with my arlo and maybe you know the solution ?
It's impossible to connect to arlo with my computer.
1/ on my computer I use url https://my.arlo.com/#/login
2/ I enter my email et password and press enter
3/ I have this message:
We don't recognize this device. We sent you a push notification to your iphone to verify my identity. This screen will automatically disappear when verify. Notification expires in 30:00
4/ I have a notification on my iphone and I press "accepter" (accept)
5 / The previous message on my computer doesn't disappear and I can't connect.....
I'm with Iphone 11 pro and apps is updated . The problem is with wifi and also when I use data network.
On my computer I have tried with Chrome and Edge with private mode and cache empty.
I have desactivated the authorization with 2 steps from my Iphone but now when I tried to connect with my computer :
I enter my email and password and I still in the connection page ..... and never enter into the web site.
I have reboot my arlo but the problem is always the same : impossible to connect from my computer even the authorization with 2 steps is desactivated...
Have you any ideas ?
