Arlo App isn't finding my camera. Keeps saying no device found.

I have the VMC3030 Arlo Camera, I have had no problem syncing the camera the the base, but the trouble comes when I try to add a new device to my Arlo app not sure what I'm doing wrong it kept saying no device found.

I think you're trying the wrong sequence. Let's start fresh and make sure any devices found in Settings, My Devices are removed. Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot until you get green power and Internet LEDs (Camera LED should be off or solid amber). On the Devices tab, use the Add New Device to claim your base. Once claimed and any updates applied, sync your cameras. The easiest thing to do is to just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then a camera sync button. That should be all you need to do.
