Updated my iPhone to IOS 17.5.1 and now I am no longer receiving any notifications from Arlo. No sound and no banners. The recordings are there but no notifications - any ideas? This happened with the last update too and took ages to resolve - very frustrating

    This has been resolved. You should be able to see notifications now.

    Hello everyone, it is currently being looked into. I know not having notifications is frustrating, we are looking into a fix, I will update that community as soon as possible.

Yes please try logging out and logging back into the app.

Working now. Had to reboot base station.

iOS or Android? The latest iOS update seems to have caused issues with the app.

@BrookeN just bumping this thread for port forwarding status. Vmb4540r3 iOS 4.14 app port forwarding stopped working.

@zoopy can you open another post in regards to the port forwarding? I would like to keep this post regarding push notifications only.

Can you please log out of the account and log back in to see if it changes that behavior?
