VMC3040r remote feed not showing in app

When I am in the house using the same router/wifi, the app will show the camera feed perfectly.  However, very recently, when traveling, the app won’t connect or display the camera feed at all.  Usually, we just get a spinning wheel like it’s trying to pull up the feed but never does.  Once we return home and connect to home WiFi, the camera feed will show up through the app.  Any thoughts?

Can you double check that you have mobile data set up for the Arlo app? Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
