I have been without Geo fencing for 4 1/2 months.

I have been without Geo fencing for 4 1/2 months. Customer support has been unresponsive. My Support request that I start it November 4. No longer allows me to comment. I try to call their one 800 number and it is not an operational number. These people are horrible, and they have me hostage.

Not sure where you found that number, but generally googling for a support number will lead you to a scam support site.

 

You get to phone support using the app - go into the support center section, select a camera in a subscription plan.  If you scroll down after that you'll find a phone support choice in the app.  It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.

I'm in a call now, thanks. Unfortunately, geofencing is STILL being worked on by engineers. 4 1/2 months, wow!
