When a friend logs in, he is asked  to chose Arlo secure or Arlo safe and then asked to pay the subscription fee.  New account holder still on trial period,  are there new fees, or the invite is not being done properly.

Thanks,

K.B.

No subscription fee is required by granted users to access shared arlo camera devices.

Trial or paid subscriptions are only required for cameras installed on an arlo account who are their owners.

Please do not encourage your friends to purchase subscriptions.

The invite wasn't done properly.  Check if the invite shows up as accepted in the primary account.

General advice - accepting the invite works out better if you do it on a PC.  Click on "Create account" in the invite email.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  Since the account already exists, just log into it from the PC.
