I have tried placing the same order twice now. They both went through fine, received an email confirmation. Then about 2 hours later, I get an email asking to call 866-703-7170 for "additional information is required to process your recent Arlo.com order". So I call, it ask to enter in my order number. I do, but of course the system cant find it. So it just keeps asking for the order number, I enter in over and over again til the system hangs up on me!! There is no way to talk to an operator?!?! Terrible!!
The chat is not working for some reason now.
I am using the EOL 50% off coupon code they sent to me. I checked my credit card and it just says "Pending".
Does anyone have a different phone to reach Arlo customer service??
