I have asked my spouse to join. How does he get connected? Does he have to login as a new user?

We have tried to sign them in as a new user but does not work. Who do we get him signed in?

You need to use Settings, Grant access to his email address. He then needs to follow the emailed directions closely to accept the invitation. Once completed, he will be able to see the cameras.
