Connect it to your router with the supplied ethernet cable.
If that isn't working, then provide us with a lot more information (what base station you have, what is the status of the LED(s) on the base, whether you are using an app on a mobile device or a PC browser).

Yes have tried all ports and different cable. The cable will work on my pc but base station won’t go green

You could try support first: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx But if it is the hardware, it's best to exchange it with the seller.
