What are my steps to establish a connection with Wi-Fi in order to get Arlo camera to operate? I do not have a router. Just mobile internet service. Any problem solvers to this please help!

You will need a WiFi extender to plug the base into. The base requires an Ethernet connection to the network so the WiFi extender will provide that. Since the extender connects to your WiFi, the Internet access needed will be available.
