How do I tell which model camera I have?

I purchased my cameras a couple years ago from Costco. How can I tell which model they are?

This works for me, but it might not work if you don't have a subscription.

Go into settings->support on the app.  You should see a list of your cameras and base(s) there.

Select each, and then scroll down to the bottom of the page.  You should see a product number and serial number there. The product numbers are what you need.  For instance, VMC5040 is the Ultra. If you have trouble decoding those, just post them here and we can then translate them.

If this method doesn't work for you, then you can also open the cameras and look for the VMC number inside them (I think they are often behind the battery).
