Hi,

 

I need a HomeKit token reset, please. Can’t add basestation to HomeKit.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hello Brooke, thank you very much. Unfortunately, Arlo still isn’t finding HomeKit. I’ve tried rebooting, different devices, and different LAN ports. Do you have any ideas?

Try logging out of the account and logging back in.

The only other way is to reset the basestation, however please keep in mind that if you do that you will need to add all the cameras back onto the basestation.

Unfortunately, it still isn’t working even after resetting the base station. What else can I do?

Try logging out and logging back in and then follow the instructions I sent you for setting up without a code.

I logged out and back in again, but unfortunately, no device is shown in step 5.
