Hi,

 

I need a HomeKit token reset, please. Can’t add basestation to HomeKit.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hello Brooke, thank you very much. Unfortunately, Arlo still isn’t finding HomeKit. I’ve tried rebooting, different devices, and different LAN ports. Do you have any ideas?

Try logging out of the account and logging back in.
