I placed an order over a week ago, the payment was taken and the devices are showing as processing on my account.

 

There is no easy way to speak to anybody to be able to track the progress on this order.

Devices ordered were

 

Arlo Pro 6 2K+ Security Camera - 2 Camera Pack

Arlo 2K Wireless Video Doorbell & Chime

Arlo Essential 3 Indoor 2K - 2 Camera Pack

Arlo Essential 3 Outdoor 2K - 2 Camera Pack

 

appreciate some support trying to track these down.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
