Had Arlo for six years and connected to new modem but have first two LED as green

I’ve had Arlo for about six years and have had the same internet system until last week. I’ve connected the Arlo unit to my new modem and have the first two light as green. How do I get the base station linked to my new modem?

You have the connection but no cameras are connected. Did you do anything such as removing all devices from Settings, My Devices or holding the reset button until the LEDs flashed amber? All that normally is needed is to turn the base off, swap your modem/router and turn the base back on.

Make sure your camera batteries aren't dead.
