I granted access for an other user in the app and before the app update everything was fine. Since the update the other person is unable to get access through the app

Check your settings in Grant Access to ensure they're still configured properly. If so, the fastest thing to try is to delete the users and set access back up again. Also make sure the other person is using the latest app.
