My new Floodlight camera doesn't light up for motion. Its the primary reason that I bought it for and it doesn't do what I want. I can manually turn the lights on and off, but it just doesn't respond to motion after dark. I've tried adjusting the setting to no avail.
Do I have a bad one or am I missing something?

Mine does turn on after dark when it detects motion.
- Are you getting motion notifications after dark?
- Did you look in the default mode settings at the default light behavior settings? (both brightness and ambient light sensitivity)?

Yes, it recorded my neighbor's cat.
I think I've tried to reset all settings to their default.

Go into the default mode settings and check the settings I suggested. Also make sure nightvision is enabled.
