Is it just normal that the cameras don’t want to connect through the Arlo app and that the cameras stop working when it’s either too cold or too hot?

I live in Denmark, so it is really not as cold or hot as they should be able to function outside. I’m so disappointed because they may work in one month but then another issue occurs. Just wondering if I’m the only one who keeps facing issues with the Arlo cameras.

They won't charge below 0C, but they should operate between -20C and 45C.

I live in New England, which has similar temps in the winter, but is hotter in the summer.  My cameras operate year round with no temp warnings.

Connecting of course depends on keeping them charged.  Lately there has also been a lag in the app, where the cameras show up as off-line for several seconds before showing up.  I have found that force-closing the app and re-opening it usually helps.
