7 day recording for VMC3030 not working

Hi,

 

I have 5 wirefree cameras (VMC3030). After the prompted upgrade to the  iOS secure app, the 7 day recording is no longer available and prior library clips have also disappeared.

Arlo KB article still says that 7 day recording should be available for EOL cameras.

How to re-enable / get the 7 day recording back?

Which confirms that you still do have cloud storage.

 

Did you check the mode you are using, and make sure there are rules for your cameras in that mode?

Are you using a "Friend" account?  Or are you using the primary account (which has the cameras installed)?

 

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?

i took two steps after the issue occurred.

removed and added back one of the cameras.

Did manual recording.

now the cameras record when there is motion. 

thanks again
