Firmware update issue with wmb3010 r2

Hi There,

I couldnt able to update base unit to latest firmware. I stuck on a update loop without any success. I have already check possible solution form support and community website, none of those have worked. Could you someone assist to solve this issue?

One workaround that seems to work well is to (falsely) add a new camera. You don't actually need a camera, just start the process. One of the first steps is to check for firmware updates for the base which should work. Once updated, just cancel the camera installation process.

Call Arlo support and ask for an RMA.. I wasted hours of my time talking to support troubelshooting and got no where. Finally a L3 engineer said The basestation was in a loop and could not update to latest firmware. I got the new basestation and was able to update to latest firmware. Now I have other Arlo issues. again and again
