I just moved house and my Arlo hasn’t been in use in a while. I connected up the base station via the app and it found the base station with no problems. However I just keep getting the firmware could not be updated message and can’t get past that

You may have to do a factory reset of the base to get past this and update FW

I didn’t use my arlo cameras and base for a while. Now I connected just the base for then to sync the cameras but the base (vmb3000) cannot be updated. I tried several times with no success. I’m using the new app (app problem message attached).
I also reset the base with the back button but same message pops up.
