Hi all,

 

All great with my system so far but now one camera has turned the image red.  I've contact support but still awaiting an answer - faulty camera?

Try a battery pull restart of the camera. If that doesn't work, get the camera exchanged for a new one

Thanks, tried that but still the same.

 

Still awaiting a response from Support.  How long do they normally take?

In Jan when I discovered I had a bad base station, I used email contact support, and they took up to 2 days to reply as we went through the various steps to determine base station was a dud

PS it is the 4th ( holiday ) so add an extra day at least...

Sure, not sure if they had regional support or not as I am in the UK
