whenever I try to login to the system I receive an SSL error and says that a secure connection can't be established. It was working fine a couple of hours prior and all my other wireless devices are working fine.

I am having this same issue. All cameras are working. I get emails alerts when motion is detected. But I can not go to live mode or to email to view them. I had a power outage for several days. I please advise on how to fix this issue. It says can not establish a secure connection!!! Please help! Ready to return malfunctioning product.

Had to call the support number for assistance. They walked me through several different steps. Finally deactivated the base unit and reinstalled. They are free to all callers despite what is posted
