Want to reset to factory setting. Removed system from moms house, no longer needed and would like to set up else where on another account. What is proceedure?

If the devices were removed from your mom's account before you removed it, everything should go as the article says. But if not, and you do not know your mom's account info. (email address and password), you will have to contact Customer Support to have them un-claim the devices.
