Email alerts have stopped.

I was forced to move my email from Verizon to AOL (hosting purposes - email address stayed the same) when Verizon no longer wanted to support email hosting.

Since that time, I have not received email notifications to my account.  Yes, I have alerts@arlo.com in my contacts list and no, they are not in my spam folder.

Email notifications is turned on and (with a test) if I use other domain email accounts (gmail, yahoo, etc.) they work fine. I also receive email alerts to my cell phone.  Hence it appears to be an issue between arlo and aol.

I just sent arlo support an email asking that they look into this. However, I thought I would ask the community as well.

you could also use an email account from like g-mail or others and change the address in your account settings...then your not tied to a service provider
