I am on Android 6 phone , and basic 7 day Arlo account .
When I try to download a video clip from the library to my device it stays queued in the download folder .
Any advice ?
I can download from other apps no problem .
Thanks

Not sure what that means. Are you saying the files don't get downloaded at all?
I'm on Android 6 too. I downloaded a video clip from the library and tapping on the notification message didn't do anything. With ES File Explorer I could find the clip in the Movies Category. It was saved in the folder
- /storage/emulated/0/Download.
I believe ES Media Player is integrated into ES File Explorer. Tapping on the video file in ES File Explorer, I was able to select ES Media Player for playback and could see the video.

Jackeen247,
Do you see the same behavior when you are connected to a WiFi network?

Tried it on a number of wifi networks with no success ..
However, yesterday after being away for 2 weeks returned home and it worked on my local wifi that the netgear basestation is attached to .
So , only seems to download while attached to basestation local wifi ...
Any one else got it working remotely ???

Jackeen247,
I have been able to download from any network i've been connected to including mobile. Now that you're back home and it is working on your local network, have you also been able to download from your mobile network?
