I have about 10 old Lithium batteries from using with ym Arlo.  If I use my battery tested they all almost show good condition 90%+.  yet if I stick 4 in my camera, Arlo says its at about 10%-15%.   Can a conventional battery tester now read these batteries correctly?

PS ... The dropout point of the camera is 2.75-2.8 v

a new cellis 3.2v and you really need a voltmeter

I use a multimeter and check the voltage. Pretty much anything below 2.95 volts is unusable
