Hi I keep getting completely distorted videos being captured - sometimes it works fine then I’ll get 3 or 4 in a row that are either blank grey or covered in lines (see image) - any ideas?

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

Hi - I’ve changed the batteries and rebooted both the hub and my router. Beyond that I’m out of ideas.

If it was happening all the time I’d think it was a weak Wi-Fi signal but it is only happening sporadically

Have you tried to remove the cameras from Settings > My Devices > Re-add them?

So apparently that didn’t work, getting the issue on both cameras at the moment - see photo
