Device is always saying it is offline. Changed WiFi, Base Station, etc.

The device is always saying that it is offline. I have changed the WiFi and the base, it should be working. It was working for a while but sporadically it will stop and say device is offline for a given period of time

What camera and base model?

Is the base offline, or the camera off line?

How far is the camera from the base?

Base offline. I have 3 cameras and they around 3-4 meters from base. Model - arlo basic
